#1. Visa 365 Terms of Service for Visa Agency Services

Article 1 (Purpose)

2. The decision regarding visa issuance, length of stay, and number of entries rests with the government of the relevant country (the Vietnam Immigration Department and Public Security Bureau), and the “Company” does not guarantee the outcome of visa applications.
3. “The company is not responsible for delays in issuance due to external factors such as delays in immigration procedures in Vietnam and system errors.

Article 3 (User Obligations)

1. When applying for the service, users must provide all required information, such as passport details and personal information, truthfully.

Article 4 (Service Fees and Costs)

Article 5 (Refund and Cancellation Policy)

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

1. “The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, changes in government policy, or flight cancellations.
2. The “Company” is not liable for any penalties incurred by the user for voluntarily booking flights, accommodations, etc., before visa issuance is confirmed. (We recommend making a reservation after receiving your visa)
3. The “Company” is not responsible for any disadvantages caused by the failure to deliver guidance due to contact information errors provided by the user.

Article 7 (Protection of Personal Information)

1. “The company uses passport copies and personal information collected for visa applications solely for the purpose of visa issuance.
2. The collected information will be retained for a certain period in accordance with relevant laws and regulations after the service is completed, and then securely destroyed.

Article 8 (Competent Court)

In the event of a lawsuit arising from the use of the service, the court with jurisdiction over the head office of the “Company” shall be the court of agreed jurisdiction.
